As spiritual warriors we all know it’s our job to keep our vibe high and our selves aligned, especially now. Yet, as world chaos continues to unfold in alarming ways, we also don’t want to keep our heads buried in the sand, spiritually bypassing our collective reality. So what do we do to find the balance? Here, I share my own personal, daily practice of how I stay informed -it’s my job, while also continuing to stay rooted in the reality of MY choice, which is also my job. These are the times we’ve been training for- to regulate our own small piece of the collective landscape so we create a reality rooted in love we all strive for. And now, more than ever, is when we must activate our skills to avoid the mass emotional dissonance ‘they’ are hoping for.

When I made what appeared to be a snap decision to join Sarah Breskman in Egypt, I had no idea what I was in for. That said, I DID have an agenda, one that I'd been putting off for a couple of decades. I wanted to return to the place my feet walked thousands of years ago, when a tragic end came to me and all the people there. I found the spot but had no idea what I was in for. In this commentary, I share what I encountered, experienced, and perhaps most importantly, discovered. One discovery reframes and answers some of the major questions about the Great Pyramid and Giza! Worship is one of the most disempowering mindsets a human can indulge in. Yet, we've been brainwashed throughout our lives that we should attend "houses of worship." Even those of us who turned away from formal religions continued doing it with gurus and other "thought leaders". But what is that doing to us subconsciously? I had an epiphany while researching an Egyptian temple that brought a cascade of understanding that I am sharing with in this Youtube commentary.
