The long awaited government disclosure of UFO film and documents has begun. Or has it? Steven Spielberg‘s new film, Disclosure Day, bumps up against this question. While there’s some sweetness and empathy in the film, it does not address the largeness of the matter. I have been following the subject of Disclosure for 25 years and was present for the actual event in Washington DC in May 2001. This is given me some distance and an overview of what was released then at a civilian event, compared to what the government is releasing now. My commentary touches on what was true and what was left out - and is always left out. I do not claim to do a full assessment of the subject here as it would be a 10 hour long commentary! Enjoy!

As spiritual warriors we all know it’s our job to keep our vibe high and our selves aligned, especially now. Here, I share my own personal, daily practice of how I stay informed -it’s my job, while also continuing to stay rooted in the reality of MY choice, which is also my job. These are the times we’ve been training for- to regulate our own small piece of the collective landscape so we create a reality rooted in love we all strive for. And now, more than ever, is when we must activate our skills to avoid the mass emotional dissonance ‘they’ are hoping for.

When I made what appeared to be a snap decision to join Sarah Breskman in Egypt, I had no idea what I was in for. That said, I DID have an agenda, one that I'd been putting off for a couple of decades. I wanted to return to the place my feet walked thousands of years ago, when a tragic end came to me and all the people there. I found the spot but had no idea what I was in for.
