The long awaited government disclosure of UFO film and documents has begun. Or has it? Steven Spielberg‘s new film, Disclosure Day, bumps up against this question. While there’s some sweetness and empathy in the film, it does not address the largeness of the matter. I have been following the subject of Disclosure for 25 years and was present for the actual event in Washington DC in May 2001. This is given me some distance and an overview of what was released then at a civilian event, compared to what the government is releasing now. My commentary touches on what was true and what was left out - and is always left out. I do not claim to do a full assessment of the subject here as it would be a 10 hour long commentary! Enjoy!
