Tyra Rains is an author, speaker, teacher, and the founder of the Virtue movement. She moved to Oklahoma as a teenager, where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Darian. Together, they've raised three children and are affectionately known as Pops and Coco to their grandchildren. For over three decades, Tyra and Darian have devoted their lives to Jesus and His ministry, currently pastoring Your Place Church in Pryor, OK—a community they consider family. Tyra’s passion is helping women of all ages live uncommon lives consumed by the love of God. What began as a life group in Pryor has grown into an international movement, reaching hundreds of women from diverse backgrounds and stories. One thing becomes clear when you meet her: Tyra believes in people—often before they believe in themselves. She’s spent countless hours mentoring, encouraging, and investing in others to help them walk boldly in the life God has called them to. Today, you’ll find Tyra leading Virtue, speaking at conferences, laughing with world changers, and connecting deeply with people at the heart level.
