Ruth W. Crocker's memoir, "Those Who Remain: Remembrance and Reunion After War" describes her experience following her husband's death in Vietnam and how she found resources for healing. It has received two book awards and numerous honors. Her stories and essays have been published in many journals and magazines. "People of Yellowstone," a book of photographs and essays about people who live and work in and around Yellowstone National Park, was published in 2017 by Elm Grove Press.
