Roman Gaida is an international business executive, author, keynote speaker, and father of twin boys. He began his career working shifts on production lines and later rose into senior leadership roles in global technology and manufacturing companies. Over more than two decades, Roman has led international teams across sales, marketing, business development, transformation, and change management. His work has taken him from the shop floor to executive leadership, with experience across Europe, Asia, and North America. Along the way, he studied at RWTH Aachen and the University of St. Gallen, attended executive education programs at Stanford and MIT, and spoke at Harvard. Roman writes about leadership, modern work, career growth, cultural transformation, and the challenge many ambitious parents face: building a meaningful career without losing connection to family life. His book Working Dad is based on his own experience of becoming the father of twins while continuing to grow as a leader. With honesty, humor, and practical tools, he encourages fathers to redefine success, become more intentional with their time, and build careers that support—not replace—their role at home. Roman has been featured in Harvard Business Manager and has appeared in podcasts and media formats covering leadership, new work, digital transformation, and the future of work.
