Michael Rabinowitz is a life sciences executive who has spent over thirty years driving growth and value for companies with over 100,000 employees and start ups as small as 25 employees. He has held C-suite, consulting, and other leadership roles in strategy, marketing, sales, finance, and business development functions in the US and globally, overseeing large teams or working without a staff. Within those roles, Michael has successfully launched billion-dollar products, turned around struggling businesses, developed innovative programs that transformed industry practice, and partnered with private and public industry leaders to advance healthcare around the world. Michael currently advises biotech and medtech CEOs in strategy and partnering as Founder and Principal of Intelluvia LLC. He has been the keynote speaker and invited guest at conferences and other events in several countries, typically focusing on leadership and business strategy. Michael also hosts a bi-weekly leadership podcast, Win Via Trust, in which he interviews leaders and newsmakers to share their stories and practical advice about trust. Michael holds an MBA from The Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, and a BA summa cum laude from Northwestern University. He has also participated in executive healthcare programs at the Harvard Business School of Harvard University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Michael is highly active in the community, currently serving as vice president of the Bucks County Community College Foundation (Pennsylvania) and has been on several other charity boards. He coached youth basketball and soccer for over a decade and served in multiple roles supporting the local Boy Scouts chapter. These professional and community roles have given Michael a broad and deep expertise in trust and leadership, which he is happy to share.
