Walking alongside organizations and leaders for 30-plus years, he founded Design Group International and the Society for Process Consulting, and he has developed successful initiatives with more than a thousand domestic and international clients. He is married to Patricia Teall Vincent, a community builder and life coach. Their time divides between family, work, and imaginative conversations in coffee shops and diners across the country.
