Kathryn Simmonds is an award-winning poet and author of picture books including, Trouble at the Bug Hotel, Twenty Bears, The Christmas Guest, and Princes Don’t Practise. Her poetry collections are Sunday at the Skin Launderette, The Visitations, and Scenes from Life on Earth. Kathryn is a graduate of the Creative Writing MA at the University of East Anglia and has written all sorts of things, including stories for radio, questions for quiz machines, a novel, and short plays. She lives in Norfolk with her family.
