JG Faherty is the Bram Stoker Award- and ITW Thriller Award-nominated author of 25 books, 4 collections, and more than 100 short stories. He writes adult and YA horror/sci-fi/fantasy, and his works range from quiet suspense to paranormal thrillers. A former resident of New York's highly haunted Hudson Valley and now living in the equally haunted Cape Fear River region of North Carolina (there's a theme there!), JG grew up amid Victorian graveyards, haunted roads, and forests filled with ghostly apparitions. His varied professional career includes working as a resume writer, laboratory manager, photographer, zoo keeper, scientist, and salesman. He is also proud to be a descendant of Mary Shelley.
