Desiree Taylor is an author, speaker, and storyteller passionate about helping women move beyond religious performance into an authentic relationship with Jesus. Through her writing and speaking, Desiree explores the deep questions many believers quietly carry, the longing to be known by God, to experience freedom from fear and striving, and to discover the beauty of walking with Jesus in genuine community. Her debut book, Created to Relate: Living Beyond Religion, shares her journey from religious mindsets and striving toward a deeper understanding of God’s love, grace, and invitation into relationship. Desiree speaks at women’s gatherings, retreats, churches, and faith-based events, encouraging women to rediscover who they are through the eyes of Jesus and experience faith that is rooted in relationship rather than performance. She is also the creator of A Renewed Creation, where she shares reflections on faith, freedom, and the ongoing work of becoming new in Christ. When she isn’t writing or speaking, Desiree enjoys a cozy blanket, a good book, new experiences, and continuing to explore her hearing bucket list. She lives with her husband, Duane, and loves encouraging others to embrace the freedom found in a life with Jesus.
