Bruna De Palo is a neuroscience-based executive and team coach and global keynote speaker who shows leaders and teams how the brain works and how it drives human behaviour. While most leadership approaches focus on behaviour, her work focuses on what drives it in the first place. Because when behaviour makes sense, leadership becomes clearer and more effective. Bruna partners with senior leaders in Fortune 500 organisations, including Google, American Express, and Johnson & Johnson, and an elite Italian luxury automotive and motorsport brand, where performance is non-negotiable, resistance to change is high, and leadership missteps are costly. To date, she has coached over 300 executives worldwide and delivered more than 140 keynotes across four continents, accumulating over 3,000 hours of executive coaching. Before founding her company Think and Act Differently Ltd in 2015, she spent 20 years operating in technology environments, where leadership decisions carried real consequences and performance was non-negotiable. Bruna is a Faculty Member at the NeuroLeadership Institute and has completed advanced programmes at MIT and Harvard, alongside further studies in psychology. She is the creator of the B.R.A.I.N. Leadership Model™, a neuroscience-based framework designed to help leaders shift behavioural patterns at their source and build brain-enhancing cultures where people spend less energy on protection and more on thinking, collaborating, and performing at their best. Born in Rome and based in London, she combines Mediterranean directness with British pragmatism in her work with leaders globally. Her core belief is that behaviour is not something to control, but something that emerges from the conditions leaders create. She also writes "The Shift: Brain Fuel for Leaders" newsletter, where she shares practical, brain-based insights drawn from her work with senior leaders in high-performance environments.
