Anna Campbell is the founder of Good Girl Rebellion, a movement challenging the conditioning that keeps women over-giving, undercharging and shrinking themselves in business, leadership and life. Her work explores the link between 'good girl conditioning', women’s earning potential, visibility and entrepreneurship - particularly why so many capable women struggle to fully back themselves, charge sustainably and build success without burnout or self-sacrifice. Anna is the author of the international bestselling book 'Good Girl Rebellion: Build the Business, Break the Rules, Be Limitless' (Rethink Press, September 2025), shortlisted for the Business Book Awards 2026 in the Business Self-Development category. Through her writing, speaking and coaching, she is becoming an emerging voice in conversations around women, ambition, money and self-trust. With over a decade of experience supporting women entrepreneurs, Anna combines deep psychological insight with hands-on business experience. She was the first hire at a start-up that scaled from zero to seven figures and over 30 staff, progressing from Marketing Coordinator into senior leadership and gaining experience across every stage of building a profitable, purpose-led business. Before founding Good Girl Rebellion, Anna also built Jewellery School Scotland - creating a successful creative education business and community after moving to Scotland with no network. A former psychology lecturer and Associate Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), trained with Martha Beck, Anna brings together behavioural insight, coaching and real-world business strategy to help women challenge inherited rules about success and create businesses and careers that feel more expansive, sustainable and financially rewarding. Anna is also the host of the Good Girl Rebellion podcast and co-creator of the *Full of Ourselves* podcast, shortlisted for the Scottish Podcast Awards 2026 in the Business to Business category. Her work and commentary have been featured across BBC Radio, 5 Live, STV, The Scotsman, Daily Mail, Huffington Post and the Daily Record.
