Hi there! I'm Adriane Marie, the creator and founder of ShopLogic, an awareness initiative and website that aims to improve consumer transparency by shedding light on our purchases (especially food) and the impact they have on our health, environment, animals, and laborers. I'm also the author and illustrator of 4 kids books all about ethical consumerism. Be sure to check out The Roots Of Our Food, Too Much Stuff, I Do My Share Because I Care and Reasons We Are Vegans. The book themes are about mindfulness of consumption, minimalism, sustainability and animal welfare respectively. Also known as “Aunt Dee Dee” to my nephew, I believe the future of our planet depends on the understanding and connection children have with the world around us. In my free-time, I enjoy plant-based cooking, yoga, getting outdoors, teaching English and studying language.
