Osho speaks about George Gurdjieff, one of the most significant masters of this age. He used to say, "You are in prison." If you wish to get out of prison - the first thing you must do is realize that you are in prison...or you are the prison. Osho emphasizes this as something to be always remembered as one of the first principles for any seeker of truth.

Happiness, pleasure, joy, bliss are addressed here by Osho and we learn the different levels of development: "Let us start from the lowest because that will be easier to understand, that’s where man biologically is born. Pleasure is physical"....

Ye Buddha ke sutra hain jinmen Buddha aath angovala marga batate hain: samyak drishti, samyak sankalp, samyak vani, samyak karmant, samyak ajiv, samyak vyayam, samyak smriti, samyak samadhi. Osho ne. bahut gaharai se in aath ango ko samjhaya hai jo sadhak ke liye atyant upayogi hai.

Ecstasy: The Forgotten Language invites us to rediscover our natural state of ecstasy. We have lost touch with our intrinsic nature, says Osho, because we no longer live existential lives; we put our whole focus on our private lives. We have lost contact with the real and live almost entirely in our minds, in our imaginations. This makes us dull and unhappy and unavailable for what life is really offering us. Society and civilizations originally evolved to support and protect us, but now the situation has reversed and instead we find ourselves existing to sustain them.

In this talk Osho raises a critical voice about the double standards that have prevailed throughout the political history of the United States. He points to the discrepancy between the constitutional values of freedom and democracy, basic human rights and freedom of expression, which the United States has taken so much pride in, and the barbaric treatment it has given to the native people of America. The wider applications of this hypocrisy are obvious.

Dariya sahab ke sutra se aarambh hoti hui yah pravachan mala vividh bhangimaon ke saath Osho ki vaani se rassikt hai. Jaat, paat, dharm, raajneeti mein chipe hue paakhand ka pardafaash karte hue Osho hamein ek anant ki yatra ka sanket dete hain. Ve kehte hain, mera sanyaasi anhad ki talaash mein laga hai, seemaon ka atikraman kar raha hai. Ghar chodna nahi hai, ghar mein rehte hi jaanna hai ki ghar meri seema nahi hai. Parivaar chodna nahi hai.

Kabir par Osho samay-samay par bolte rahe hain. Keh sakte hain ki Kabir unke priy rahe hain. Kabir ke saddhukkadi vachanon ko samsamayik Osho hi bana sakte hain.

At one time or another everybody feels misunderstood and or misunderstands another. The idiosyncrasies inherent in language is one of the reasons why there is so much misunderstanding in the world. Osho has a unique proposal – communication through silence. He points out that there is no misunderstanding between animals and or trees or birds, because language does not exist in those realms. So instead of language why not communicate in love, in silence.

There are three kinds of problems - those that you create – they are almost ninety per cent of the problems of your life. You create them and you go on saying that you don’t want them. Ninety per cent of the problems simply disappear when you are in a meditative state – because you can see. And by seeing, you stop creating them. Ninety per cent will be solved; nine per cent will not be solved by your meditation but will be dissolved because they will not concern you at all.

We all feel sometimes like a stranger to ourselves, with uncomfortable feelings of having lost direction in life, feeling insecure and missing a kind of authenticity and centeredness in life. In a society where ideals of eternal happiness and beauty are dominating our life around the clock and being sad looks like failure.

Being loose and natural will give you a spontaneous awareness, rather than making an effort to reach a certain goal. No effort is going to succeed because the cause of all misery is the doer, the ego, our idea of self. Osho only teaches awareness. Suppression is not the way to buddhahood. Simply relax and be whatsoever you are - and awareness will come by itself.

According to Osho striving for perfection is the root cause of all neurosis. We try to be perfect, we want our partner and our children to be perfect our pets and our projects all to be perfect and in so doing we create life-long inner tension. Here Osho explains a natural way of being, a way of being in tune with nature’s imperfection.

“You are miserable because you have decided to be miserable” – hard words and difficult so see let alone to admit, that our misery is self-created, a strategy, something that we unconsciously cultivate because it works for us; it all allows us to avoid responsibility. And if we are willing to face it and to take responsibility for our misery we are freed from it. As simple as that.

Yah ek prashnottari hai jisme Osho sadhako ke prashno ke uttar dete hain. Prashna vyaktigat jeevan ke sambamdh me hain. Inke uttar me Osho apana najariya rakhate hain ki jeevan ko ek utsav ki tarah jiyo, bojh ki tarah nahi. Anand dhyaniyo ki jati honi chahiye, hanste khelte jeeyo. Anand hai atma- anubhav, utsav hai us anubhav ke liye astitva ko dhanyavad. Jo dhyan ki aankh kholenge unake liye poora jeevan utsavmaya hoga.

Osho speaks about the great harm that all organized religions have done to humanity by dividing man against himself, by creating a division between head and heart. Man has become a split personality fighting with himself and projecting his fight onto the outside world. Osho's meditations are designed to heal these wounds and bring about a return to a natural state of self-integration.

Service to the poor is embraced by charities all over the world and here Osho exposes this model as one that makes the givers feel good – if not less guilty - about themselves while giving only a temporary respite to the poor and downtrodden.

Buddha ke ye sutra hame jagne ke liye prerit karte hai. Ve kahte hai jo bhi soye-soye ji raha hai vah maut me ja raha hai aur jo jagkar ji raha hai vah amrit path par chalne laga. Bhitar jagte hi uska pata chalta hai jo mit hi nahi sakta.

Osho describes how our goal orientation can never be satisfied. After power and sex, fame and fortune we can move on to enlightenment, finding God, whatever. How can we get out of the trap of desire and enjoy being alive?
