When you feel intense emotions or find yourself struggling with a stressful situation, opening up a bag of crisps or eating a whole box of chocolates sounds great. However, when you try to remedy your problems by eating or bingeing, you often end up feeling much worse. This also results in gaining weight, which can be difficult to lose.

Coaching, mentoring, teaching - sharing whatever little nuggets of knowledge I have picked up has been a vital part of my life over the past 30 years - whether it was back in medical school or in various roles since.
