Barr's first book was published in 2006 and was the first book to focus on the quarter-life crisis in the UK, titled Get It Together: How to Survive Your Quarterlife Crisis.

Jill Mansell is the author of over 20 bestselling novels, including Falling for You, Kiss and Solo. She joins Robin Morgan in the Audible Studios to discuss her latest novel, You, Me and Always, her writing career, and her unconventional use of the yellow pages.

Steven Sylvester started his career in professional sport, before going to university to study occupational psychology. He combined interests in sport and psychology to develop the concept of Leadership without EGO. Steven joins Robin Morgan in the studio to discuss this concept, as it's outlined in his book rather quaintly named Detox your Ego.

Bonnie St John is a world renowned keynote speaker, consultant, and leadership trainer, who is perhaps best known for being the first African-American ever to win Olympic Medals in ski racing- despite having her right leg amputated when she was five years old.
