This is the 11th book in an 11 book series entitled Limericks for Meditation. This is a collection of 100 poems wherein I explore my relationship with myself, others, and God at emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. The poems generally follow a limerick pattern.

This is the fourth book in Limericks for Meditation. These are the poems numbered 301 to 400.

Life can get messy before it gets better. Here are some of my favorite poems that take the listener through the depths of Hell to come out on the other side smiling. The only way out of misery is with the help of God. This book was written in a very difficult time of my life, and these are the scriptures that helped me through. Let his words stick, and let mine roll off of your back like water droplets down a duck's back.

Each one of these poems is infused with positive energy and given marching orders to reach those who need it most. There are common themes throughout but it is my heart's desire that one of them touches your soul and inspires you to make an amazing change in your life. I believe each person is special and that there is something inside you to share with others. This is the gift you were born with. Many never find it, but I promise it's there, waiting to be discovered, and maybe one of these poems helps you do just that.
