In today's podcast we hear from Surrey Mayor Brenda Locke about her sadness and frustrations with Surrey Police Services' resources.


    And we also hear from Kal Dosanjh. He's worked in law enforcement for decades and founded The Kids Play foundation to try to keep young men out of the gang life. Dosanjh knew one of the teens who was shot.
