  • 171: We Flew to Buenos Aires to Run a Relay!
    May 23 2026

We flew to Buenos Aires for 48 hours of running, racing, very little sleep and one unforgettable relay race at the On Squad Race Series.

Andy, Rick and Sarah immerse themselves in Argentinian running culture, soaking up the energy of the city and the community spirit surrounding the event. Recorded on top of a car park in the heart of Buenos Aires (because of course it was), the trio ask the big question: does running with other people actually make you a better runner?

They share their experience of running as part of a team in Buenos Aires, and explore how training and racing with other people can improve performance, boost accountability, and make running more enjoyable, both for them and for you too.
