  • Called Out of Our Comfort Zone: A Conversation with Edward Graham
    Apr 29 2026

God likes to call us out of our comfort zone, but often we hesitate out of fear—we like the comfort and safety of the life we have known. But stepping out in faith is where true growth happens. Edward Graham, Chief Operating Officer at Samaritan’s Purse, shares what God has taught him in leadership, both in the military but also in ministry. Hear how you, too, can step out in faith and obedience to the Lord, in whatever He has for you.

    Highlights:

Edward shares stories from his time in the military, where he chose to trust the Lord and seek Him for wisdom. He reads a passage from James that he continually goes to when he needs to turn away from doubt and towards belief.

“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.” – James 1:5-8, ESV

Now more than ever, Samaritan’s Purse has an opportunity to love our neighbors that are hurting in the Middle East. Our staff stand ready, training and preparing so when famine comes or disaster hits and everyone else is running away, we can respond in Jesus’ Name.

“God expects us—when He entrusts us with His widow’s mite or with His people—to take prudent risk, to go out and multiply in the Gospel.” – Edward Graham

Edward talks about trials he has faced in his own life and how they shaped him and encouraged his walk with the Lord. The story in the Bible where Peter walks on water shows Edward that sometimes in life God is calling us to get out of the boat. Often in our Western culture, we strive for comfort and ease. But that is not what the life of a Christian looks like.

“Let's get out of the boat. Let's be part of miracles. You’ve got to challenge yourself. You’ve got to put yourself out there sometimes, and maybe it's your church, maybe it's your family, maybe it's your job and career. Somewhere you're safe in the boat. What do you do to take that step and go walk on water and go be part of a miracle?” – Edward Graham

None of what is going on in our world surprises God. Kristy and Edward remind listeners that in this world we will have trouble, but we can take heart because Jesus has overcome the world. Edward asks for prayer for our staff and volunteers serving amid disasters and conflicts across the globe and for new endeavors that the ministry is embarking on within its aviation and U.S. rebuild programs.

  • Anne Wilson: Worship in the Wreckage - Clinging to Hope in the Midst of Devastation, Ep. 299
    Apr 28 2026

What if the very thing that broke your heart… became the place where God revealed your calling? In this powerful and deeply moving conversation, Drs. Zach and Tim Clinton sit down with rising Christian music artist, Anne Wilson, to talk about faith, grief, identity, and purpose. Anne’s journey began in the midst of unimaginable loss. After the unexpected death of her brother in 2017, she found herself navigating deep sorrow, but also encountering God in a profound way. What started as a way to process her pain through worship became a calling that has now impacted millions around the world. From her breakout song My Jesus to her latest music and tours, Anne has continued to point people to hope in Christ, even in life’s darkest moments. In this conversation, Anne opens up about what it looked like to worship through grief, how her faith was tested and strengthened in the valley, and how she has stayed grounded in her identity despite rapid success and growing influence. We also dive into the challenges of comparison and identity in today’s culture, the importance of discerning God’s voice in the midst of opportunity, and what it means to be a light for Christ in both faith-based and secular spaces. Anne’s story is a powerful reminder that God often does His deepest work in our hardest seasons, and that He can turn our pain into purpose for His glory. If you’re walking through loss, wrestling with your identity, or wondering how God might use your story, this episode will meet you right where you are.

  • Jennie Allen: The Lie You Don’t Know You Believe, How to Find it, Fight it, & Live Free, Ep. 298
    Apr 21 2026

What if the biggest thing holding you back… is something you don’t even realize you believe? In this powerful conversation, Drs. Zach & Tim Clinton are joined by renowned speaker, Bible teacher, and bestselling author Jennie Allen, to talk about her newest book, The Lie You Don’t Know You Believe. Jennie challenges a reality most of us don’t often stop to consider: many of the struggles we face: fear, shame, insecurity, anxiety, etc. are rooted in lies we’ve unknowingly accepted as truth. And until those lies are exposed, we’ll keep circling the same patterns, the same frustrations, and the same sense of being stuck. Together, they unpack how these lies take root, how they quietly shape our identity, relationships, and even our view of God…and most importantly, how to break free. Jennie walks us through what she calls the enemy’s oldest strategy: deception. But this isn’t a conversation about fear, it’s about freedom. Because in Christ, we’ve already been given the authority to tear down those lies and replace them with truth. This episode isn’t about trying harder or modifying behavior. It’s about seeing clearly, thinking differently, and stepping into the freedom that’s already available to you. If you’ve ever felt stuck in the same thoughts, the same struggles, or the same cycles, this conversation will help you identify what’s really going on beneath the surface… and how to finally break free.
