  • How Becoming a Thought Leader Elevates Your Visibility in Your Industry
    Apr 16 2026

What would someone find if they Googled you right now?

For most founders, the answer is… not much. Not because they don't have the expertise, but because they've been so heads-down doing the work, they've never taken the time to be known for it.

In this episode of Strategy Talks, we're digging into one of the most overlooked growth levers in business: authority. Not the flashy, overnight kind — the real, durable visibility that makes the right people trust you before they ever get on a call with you.

My guest spent twenty years helping others build that kind of credibility. Then she turned the lens on herself, and what she built is a genuine blueprint for going from hidden to recognized, without a big team or a big budget.

If you've ever felt like your reputation should be doing more heavy lifting for you, this one's for you.

  • How to Lead Like a Human Content Machine: Consistent Content Without Burnout
    Apr 9 2026

Some leaders are one bad week away from quitting content for good.

You start strong: the ideas, the energy, the plan. Then life hits. A client crisis. A missed deadline. A season where you have nothing left. The content stops. Weeks turn into months. And the silence starts to feel permanent.

Here's what nobody tells you: the leaders who show up consistently aren't the ones with more time. They're not the ones with bigger teams or better ideas. They're the ones who stopped trying to create like a machine, and learned to lead like a human.

George B. Thomas is the founder of Sidekick Strategies, creator of the Superhuman Framework, and one of the most prolific content creators in his industry — 16 million words, 400+ podcast episodes, zero burnout.

LinkedIn engagement is at an all-time high, and yet video views just crashed 36%. Audience growth is slowing. And the format nobody was talking about a year ago is now the top performer on the entire platform. So which LinkedIn are you showing up to: the one that's thriving, or the one that's leaving you behind?

The 8 key findings from Socialinsider's 2026 LinkedIn Benchmarks report, based on the analysis of 1.3 million posts across 16,000+ business pages:

    1. LinkedIn's overall engagement rate is up 8% YoY, now averaging 5.20%
    2. Native document posts lead all formats with a 7.00% engagement rate — up 14% YoY
    3. Engagement grew across every format: text posts (+12%), images (+9%), and videos (+7%)
    4. Multi-image posts drive the most likes across all page sizes
    5. Polls outperform all other formats for impressions on pages with 50K+ followers
    6. Video views declined 36% YoY across every page size
    7. Brands increased posting frequency in 2025, especially for visual-first formats
    8. Audience growth slowed significantly in 2025, particularly for large accounts

In this special panel edition of Strategy Talks, host Dorien Morin-van Dam sits down with four LinkedIn experts to do something this ^^^ data alone can't do: tell you exactly what to do next.

    The LinkedIn experts:

🎙 Miruna Vocheci: Social Media Manager at Socialinsider. She'll walk us through the data straight from the source.

🎙 Beth Granger: LinkedIn trainer, consultant, speaker, and beta-tester for LinkedIn itself.

🎙 Melonie Dodaro: Social Strategist for DNV, bestselling author of LinkedIn Unlocked, and Navigating LinkedIn for Sales.

🎙 Kristian Downer: Founder of DowSocial and a LinkedIn Ads strategist and marketing trainer.

This conversation goes beyond the benchmarks and straight into the strategic decisions every marketer, B2B brand, and small business owner needs to make right now.
