Does your brain feel like it will never just SHUT OFF with your continuously running to-do list? I’m SO excited you’re here!! This podcast will help you create simple systems, daily routines, and time management strategies to feel more productive in your days so you can balance running a home AND being fully present for your kiddos. Hey, I’m KyAnn. A mom, wife, and Jesus lover. For too many years, I let my habits just sort of happen without much intention or thought. I felt constantly behind and I was trying to do it all, but doing NONE of it well. I was chasing business success, achievements, and hustle culture that stole my time and mental health so I didn’t have any extra energy to devote to building intentional habits that kept my priorities in the RIGHT order. I finally realized that if I was going to balance motherhood and homemaking well, I had to find simple routines and systems to serve me in the season I was in. I created daily rhythms for our family that reflected my priorities and helped me tackle my to-do list, all while allowing me to be fully present with my kiddos - simple systems that when practiced well, even allowed extra time to work on my business during the cracks of time during the day. And now I’m ready to share it all with you! If you are ready to finally find a routine that works for you…steps to feel more balanced and less overwhelmed in your days as a busy mom…systems that give you your time back, help you to be more present with the people you love most, and finally get your brain to just RELAX-this podcast is for you! Pop in your single AirPod (mom friends, you know you do this, too!), grab your iced coffee, it’s time to find your rhythm! • 169 | Routines When Everything Goes Awry
    Apr 21 2026

In today’s episode, we’re talking about what it looks like to rebuild your routines in a season where everything feels off. Maybe you’ve been traveling, walking through sickness, navigating grief, adjusting to a new baby, or simply in a stretch where your capacity isn’t what it used to be. Whatever the reason, you might feel like you’re starting from scratch and wondering where to even begin. In this conversation, I’m sharing from a very real and current season where my own routines have been completely disrupted, and what it’s looked like to let go of what used to work and begin again with what’s realistic now.

We’re getting practical about how to rebuild consistency without overwhelming yourself. I’ll walk you through what micro-steps can look like in real life and why those small wins actually matter more than you think in seasons like this. If you’re feeling behind or frustrated that your routines don’t look the way they used to, this episode will help you reset your expectations, find your footing again, and start building rhythms that actually support you in the season you’re in.

I pray this episode encourages you!

    Hugs!

  • 168 | How to Balance Opportunities with Motherhood-First Priorities with Abbie Halberstadt
    Apr 14 2026

In today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Abbie Halberstadt from M is for Mama for a conversation that so many moms are quietly wrestling with, especially in the season of little ones. We’re talking about what it actually looks like to pursue work while still honoring your role at home as your first ministry. Abbie shares from a wide range of lived experience as a wife, homeschool mom of ten, author, podcaster, and fitness instructor, and how work has looked very different across each season of her life. This is a deeply honest conversation about the tension between calling, capacity, and priorities, and how to seek the Lord in the middle of it instead of defaulting to pressure or comparison.

Inside this episode, you’ll hear practical wisdom on how to keep your role as wife and mom at the center while still pursuing meaningful work, how to discern which opportunities to say yes to (and which to release), and what it looks like to regularly evaluate whether something is truly life-giving in your current season. Abbie also shares how she navigates busy seasons that require more from her, how she approaches stepping back when needed, and the rhythms she uses to stay grounded as her work continues to evolve. Whether you’re building a business from home, working part-time, or simply trying to discern what this season should look like for your family, this episode will leave you feeling both grounded and encouraged.

I pray this episode encourages you!

    Hugs!

  • 167 | Memos in the Margins: The Parts of Grief We Don’t Talk About
    Apr 1 2026

Trigger Warning: This episode contains honest conversation around grief, loss, and navigating a heavy season. If that feels tender or not supportive for you right now, please feel free to skip this one and come back when you’re ready.

In this Memos in the Margins episode, I’m sharing a very raw and personal update on where I’ve been over the past five weeks after the unexpected loss of someone incredibly close to our family. You’ll hear what this season has looked like behind the scenes, from dropping everything to be with my best friend and her kids, to navigating the weight and complexity of grief in real time. I’m also opening up about the parts of grief we don’t often talk about and the unexpected emotions that come with grieving alongside someone else.

More than anything, my hope is that this episode helps you feel less alone if you’re walking through grief, and more equipped to show up for someone who is. I’m sharing what I’ve witnessed about the power of community and the importance of acknowledging loss instead of rushing past it. This conversation is unfiltered and tender, but it’s also an invitation to hold your people close, to check in more often, and to remember that even in the heaviest moments, you don’t have to carry it alone.

    Hugs!

    -KyAnn
