If today has felt heavier than you imagined, if you’re carrying concerns for your family, your health, your work or your future, let’s pause together and bring those burdens into the presence of God. We were never meant to carry them alone. Psalm 46:1 (NIV) “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Those words have strengthened God’s people for generations. They remind us that our refuge is not found in having every answer or controlling every circumstance. Our refuge is found in the living God, who remains close when life feels uncertain and whose strength never runs dry. When we cannot hold everything together, He faithfully holds us. Father, thank You for being our refuge throughout this day. Thank You for every unseen way You have protected us, sustained us and remained faithful even when we have been unaware of Your quiet work. Lord Jesus, we place every burden into Your loving hands. Bring healing to those who are unwell, comfort to those who are grieving, strength to those who feel exhausted and renewed hope to everyone facing tomorrow with uncertainty.
