After 11 years of building outdoor and relationship based youth programs across Connecticut, they began asking a bigger question: why has it become so difficult to simply create spaces where young people belong?
This episode explores the story of Outside Perspectives, the impact they have seen in young people and communities, and the growing realization that the challenges facing youth development today may be much larger than any one organization. From shrinking public programs and overwhelmed families to fragmented systems and rising barriers to connection, this conversation begins unpacking what many people are feeling but struggling to name.
