Through this podcast you will learn that "Mountains" represents everyday things we encounter that chip away at our sanity. The things that can induce anxiety, lead to depression, and sometimes worse. "Mountains" also represents opportunities in the outdoors. Opportunities that takes us away from the things we struggle with internally and introduce us to things that can ground us and give us a sense of accomplishment that can change our perspective. Mental hardship, struggle, and illness can come from anywhere, but so can opportunity to overcome them through outdoor activity.

Pieter Saayman is originally from South Africa, but started shooting a bow after he moved to the United States. He had a lot of free time when he began, considering the world shut down shortly after he bought his first bow. He rapidly jumped down the rabbit hole that archery can be and I think he may have found the rabbit. He has become an accomplished competitive archer and has gained an immense knowledge of archery that he's ready to share through his YouTube Channel. Check out his channel at the link below!
