Welcome to our first episode on covid stories.

This episode is our first episode on covid stories, where we have guests from around the world share a bit about their experiences. Of course, covid was an unprecedented event within our lifetimes. We will have some guests generous enough to share their stories with you, in the hopes of supporting you in making sense of your own story and in giving you some food for thought.

In this episode, Cara shares about her life experience growing up in Ireland, traveling, and settling down in Melbourne, Australia. She draws some parallels between her life pre-covid and during covid. She ends with providing some words of encouragment for our listeners.

Cara was living in Australia at the time of the recording of this video (March 2026), when petrol/gasoline prices were surging in Australia.
