After more than a decade and nearly 400 episodes, Left Hand Right Brain comes to an end.

JD is joined by longtime friend Royce Roeswood and wife Mallory for one final episode reflecting on creativity, friendship, podcasting, growing older, and what it means to intentionally let something go.

The episode revisits clips from the earliest days of the podcast and explores how perspectives change over time. What holds up? What doesn't? What it feels like to hear younger versions of yourself speak back to you years later. This final episode is less about endings and more about transition. The show may be ending, but the friendships, conversations, and recordings remain.
