Buono, buonissimo il panino con il lampredotto. Forse non tutti la pensano così, fatto sta però che il lampredotto fiorentino è diventato, nel corso dei suoi anni, un piatto tipico italiano protagonista di moltissime fiere di paese. Curiosa è la sua preparazione culinaria.
