I release this day. Every thought, every concern, every moment that has followed me into this evening—I place it into Your hands. I do not carry what You are already holding. Your presence surrounds me. You are near, closer than I realise, steady and constant. I am not alone in this quiet space. You are here, and Your presence brings calm. Your love quiets me. Where my mind has been restless, You bring stillness. Where my heart has been unsettled, You bring peace. Your love settles deep within me and gently brings me into rest. So I rest without fear. My thoughts slow. My breathing eases. My body relaxes under the assurance that I am safe and secure in You. You delight in me. Not because of what I have done, but because of who I am in You. And I rest in this truth—You love me. Because You love me, You gave Your Son. Because You love me, I am not alone. Because You love me, I am held through every moment of this night. Jesus, cover me with Your peace. Let this night be calm, protected, and filled with Your presence. Let my rest be deep, uninterrupted, and steady. I rest in You. Jesús, descanso en Tu amor y encuentro paz en Tu presencia esta noche Jesus Cristo, descanso no Teu amor e encontro paz na Tua presença esta noite.
