Last seen on December 8th amid heated arguments over infidelity, Courtney messaged her sister: "If I end up dead or missing, you know who did it." Weeks later, on a crisp January morning in 2018, two teenage boys stumbled upon a shallow grave in the sugar sand woods of Charleston Park—a remote community with no ties to Courtney—unearthing her remains which had been there for weeks.
