  • Grace in the Middle of It | A Behind-the-Scenes Guest Beta Conversation
    May 17 2026

Not every meaningful conversation happens when life is polished and easy. Sometimes healing conversations happen right in the middle of exhaustion, uncertainty, prayer, and real life.

In this special behind-the-scenes beta guest episode of Faith & Focus: A Moment for Your Mind, Coach Gigi welcomes her sister Thea for a heartfelt test conversation as we prepare for future guest episodes and deeper conversations around healing, faith, family, and emotional wellness.

Before recording, prayer filled the room.

We also want to lovingly acknowledge that this conversation was recorded while Thea was spending her second day at the hospital supporting her daughter, McKenzie, during an extreme sickle cell pain crisis. We are continuing to pray for complete healing, restoration, comfort, strength, and peace for McKenzie and for every caregiver carrying heavy things quietly.

This episode is not polished perfection. It is presence. It is family. It is faith showing up anyway.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply remain present in the middle of hard moments.

Sponsored by FOCUS: Faith & Mental Health, Inc. where healing is holy and no one should have to carry pain alone.
