About this listen
In today's episode, John and Lisa speak to the amazing Sue Hitzmann, author of "The MELT Method" and "MELT Performance".
Sue walks us through her journey as she began her practice, saw a need for clients to help themselves outside of her office, and wrote a bestselling book. During this time, Sue met and married a wonderful man and they married. Tragically, her husband died from an unintentional drug overdose. Sue describes her grief and grieving process. She talks about addiction, and the silence and shame surrounding it. This is an open, honest and very real conversation, and we hope that you glean some very good information from it. Sue mentions Gil Hedley, Julian Baker and Thomas Finnley, all great teachers in the study of fascia. You can follow Sue on Facebook, Sue Hitzmann or MELT Method, or Sue_Hitzmann_themelter on Instagram.
