I have found these podcasts so valuable. I am 3 weeks in on my carnivore journey, ideally I want to go to 90 days and maybe longer but so far my bloated and awful stomach feelings have gone and nearly all my psoriasis is gone. I am doing this to see if I can get my platelets down with Haematology who actually don’t know why they are elevated but I am 100% sure it is stomach issues. These podcasts are informative, they are backed up with evidence, doctors talk in simple terms to help you understand the change of thinking and medical evidence that supports this way of eating. If you are considering carnivore excellent place to start your own research

It sounds so simple - eat meat!
But there are so many different challenges, questions and thoughts that it’s hard to know where to go, most publications I’ve listened to go into science and I’m lost but the podcasts give information in an easy to listen format
I do need to get to listen to the live shows, where I can send in questions, such as coffee, I’m so confused, bullet coffee is my fuel for the day, what do I do without coffee 🤷‍♂️
Presenters have great personal experiences and the guests all have positive results, which helps with motivation (Not that you need much motivation)
Thanks Carnivore UK
