In Episode 3 of Chasing Sanity, we’re getting real about the pressure to do it all and somehow do it well. Between work, motherhood, relationships, and everything else on our plates, we’re talking about what balance is supposed to look like versus what it actually feels like day to day.

We get into the idea of “having it all,” why balance looks different for everyone, and what it really takes to set boundaries without feeling guilty right after.

Because somehow we’re expected to show up at work, be present at home, take care of everyone else, and still have something left for ourselves.

So what does balance actually look like? And is it even real, or are we all just figuring it out as we go?

In Episode 2 of Chasing Sanity, we’re unpacking cultural differences in a parenting, because not everybody was raised the same, and it shows up in everything, and we do mean EVERYTHING.

We’re getting into what we were told to do (or absolutely not do) while pregnant, the unspoken rules during the newborn stage, and how different cultures approach rest, support, and who gets access to your child.

We grew up with villages…real ones. Family showed up, stepped in, and had opinions, whether you asked or not. Now, boundaries are louder, support can feel quieter, and somehow expecting a little structure makes you seem like you’re doing too much.

So we’re asking the real questions: what are we keeping, what are we side-eyeing, and what are we not negotiating on?
