    On today's show we interview an amazing Entre-preneur named Tap Gaoteote who has been a staple on the Davis Monthan Air Force Base for many years with his food truck "Solid Grindz" and more recently in the food court inside the Base Exchange (or BX). Tap is originally from American Somoa and has created a menu around traditional, delicious Somoan and Hawaiian food. We learned today that Solid means Good and Grindz means Food and his menu really lives up to its name!
