  • Mascot Debate
    Jun 4 2026

In Episode 104, the brothers kick things off by catching up on life and sharing what's been happening since the last recording. One of the biggest milestones? Travis's son officially graduated high school, giving everyone a chance to reflect on how fast time flies.

With both the NBA and NHL playoffs nearing their conclusions, the brothers break down the biggest storylines, discuss who's left standing, and share their thoughts on how the postseason has unfolded.

The conversation then takes an unexpected turn when the guys discover that their geography skills might not be as sharp as they thought. A surprisingly entertaining discussion reveals just how difficult it can be to place countries on a map.

Things get even more ridiculous when a debate erupts over professional sports mascots. The brothers argue that every team mascot should be an animal indigenous to the region where the team plays, leading to some hilarious examples and questionable suggestions.

As always, the episode wraps up with a laugh-out-loud edition of Gay or Not Gay, followed by a Top 3 list that is guaranteed to make listeners think and possibly judge the hosts just a little bit.

It's another fun, random, and completely unpredictable episode of Brothers Talk.

Episode 103 comes in hot. We kick things off with the NBA and NHL playoffs—who’s for real, who’s frauds, and what’s already getting out of hand. Then we hit the NFL Draft: biggest winners, questionable picks, and an honest question… when did it stop being cool to walk that stage and hear your name called in person?

After that, we dive into the main conversation—a raw look at how sports evolve over time. Who builds them, who ends up dominating them, and how culture, access, and talent shift the balance. It’s the kind of topic that might get people arguing, which is exactly the point.

We close it out the only way we know how: another round of “Gay or Not Gay” and our Top 3 You Can’t Miss.

  • On or Off the Island?
    Apr 9 2026

We kick things off by showing love to everyone who tuned into Episode 1, we were honestly blown away by the number of streams and support. We didn’t expect that kind of response right away, and we’re truly grateful for every single listen.

Then we get into March Madness wrapping up (men’s and women’s) and talk about everything that went down, what surprised us, and what didn’t.

After that, we throw out a question that kinda messes with your head: if you were stranded on an island and had everything you needed to survive… would you even leave? Sounds easy, but once you think about it, it’s not. Let’s just say we don’t see it the same way.

And of course, have a good “Gay or Not Gay” question… and yeah, this one might start some arguments.

    Episode 2...Buckle Up.

Episode 101: We Love Women's Sports

In our very first episode, we introduce ourselves, explain how we’re connected, and set the tone for what this podcast is going to be, two completely unqualified guys having very confident conversations.

Kevin (Texas) and Travis (California) break down why starting a podcast might have been a mistake, what you can expect going forward, and how this whole thing somehow got approved.

We also attempt to talk about March Madness… but that quickly turns into something else entirely.

This is the beginning of Brother’s Talk, no research, no credentials, just opinions.
