I listened to this audio book and it was fantastic. The voice of the narrator was nice and soothing, and the cadence was perfect. The content was great, allowing my mind to relax and slow down. It's very helpful for letting go and relaxing at the end of the day, or in the morning. I really enjoyed the book and it's one of those books, you can listen to over and over again.
