17 years old I tried to read this novel for my english-lessons. I didn't succeed, but now I love it. Forster is so satirical and he knows Italy. It's a slow-pacing novel and not written for teenagers!

I couldn't listen to this book - the narrator has an awful staccato, stop-start delivery, almost like an automated voice telling you your bank balance. Waste of my money.
