Fantastic book! puts you in the right mindset to quit, William Porter explains everything about addiction, it's helped me out so much, and lovely to hear him narrate this book himself. would highly recommend.

I have read and listened to the Allen Carr guide to giving up vaping previously and though their principles are sound and this book builds on them I found this considerably more listenable and entertaining. I got fed up of the repetition of vape types. Also it worked where I put down the Carr book just as it was time to quit. This time it worked. Lots of good références and metaphors that really help. Good narrator with a dry sense of humour and real experience.

This book helped me quit vaping. I had tried multiple times cold turkey and tried with the Alan Carr method but had never been successful. This book takes the best parts of the Alan Carr method but doesn’t have any of the cult-like premises of ‘no cravings’ and ‘no withdrawal’. It is a much more balanced approach giving well researched insight into behaviours around smoking and practical tips to help your mindset be resilient to cravings and withdrawal when quitting. I loved it and has helped me quit.
