I honestly listened to this book because I've seen Sara Davies on TV over the years and was interested in her story. I enjoyed listening to her stories and found them very interesting, hearing the background behind each lesson and the affect they had and the insight she gained. Not being in a position to actively use these in my current job role, I listened to the whole book over the course of a month, I did find some lessons I could reflect upon and apply them to my life, but mainly I really liked the inspiration and stories. I have recommend this book to my boss, as I feel it has useful insights every one could learn from.
