Writing and narration a little clunky at times but overall a good read. I like his decision to name and focus the attention on the victims more than the perpetrators.

....as far as how the end of his 1st career came to a close,it's reflective of the fact far too many people in high level management are guided by ego's, insecurity and narcissism and far too many of the best employees become victims or targets of these weak leaders.....
