This book provided powerful quiet help when I really needed it. I put it on during stressful days and before bed, and the guided scripts helped me slow down and breathe. I started listening to this during evenings when my mind wouldn’t slow down. The audiobook includes a variety of guided meditation scripts that help with relaxation, sleep, and general stress.

Wow, there are a lot of great meditations in this audio. The narrators voice adds a wonderful touch. My favorites are the meditations for stress relief, but they are all pretty good. They all help you relax for sure.
