A wonderful set of meditations for anyone familiar with or new to Reiki healing. Each meditation is perfectly timed, so they're not too long or too short. They've help me feel lighter, purified and energised after only a few listens so far. The soothing voice of the narrator takes me through the gentlest forms of healing and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to clear away the mental clutter and bring in the pure and loving light of Reiki. Any additional comments?

This is a really useful set of meditations. I took Reiki 1 less than 2 weeks ago but have struggled with the meditations and self-healing that I am supposed to complete daily. These meditations really help, they are very good for channelling energy and for generally feeling at peace. There are around 8 meditations, all around 10 minutes each, you can listen to them all at once or individually if time is limited. Either way they are very effective in helping me to ground my Reiki experience.
