A perfectly paced narrative peppered with interesting characters and sub-plots. I've enjoyed many of Lee Childs' books and feel that in Victor, I've found the next Reacher!

The narrator ruined the audiobook with the accents ranging from A pirate to Arnie for the same character. (that was the female ones)

This ranks respectably in my action-thriller genre collection of audiobooks. victor is a brutal and highly trained assassin which I enjoyed listening to, I would not want to get on the wrong side of him, his skills in the art of killing and assassination are deadly and superfluous of any low ranking criminal or gangster.

Reads this and you will be entertained with explosive action from start to finish.

Book was recommended by a friend who had read the series. The story was was great but I found it difficult to follow at times due to the poor accents, many of which sounded nothing like they should. Ie American accent would become Irish then back to English with a slight twang. I found myself wondering if I had missed parts as I felt it was someone else talking.
