I loved it! The story is really good, and it generally taught me facts from around the world. It also taught me about lots of different cultures too.

However, it sometimes seemed like I was in a PSHCE lesson; the author was like ‘go down the road, and you never know what you might find!’. This was quite strange when I was just trying to get to sleep!! 😂.

All in all, though, it was great! I liked how the Alistair Humphreys was reading it because he kind of… understands the book (if you know what I mean). This was also cool be aide I feel like narrators who have not written the book can often make the book I love sound quite strange when they are not the authors.

But yes, I think this is a really good book, and it’s the only book that sneaks education in and I didn’t mind. Good storytelling too.

Really good story
