This is my first read by this author and I love the way she writes I will certainly be reading and listening to more from her. Pleased with my discovery

Roisin Meaney writes ‘easy reading’ at the highest standard. Her characters and their relationships leap off the page. The story lines are straightforward, but the high quality of writing means they remain compelling. This novel is no exception. Enjoy!

Story is lovely, not quite so keen on the narration and I really wish that the chapter numbers were read out as I listen to audible books through the night and often fall asleep, and then I can’t find where I was up to in the story so to have the chapter numbers included in the narration would be really helpful.
