What an inspirational insight into diabetes and weight loss. So sad the author is no longer with us - such a brilliant man. His light will shine on through this book and his tv work. I've lost 10lbs and the risks of diabetes are driving me to lose more. My blood sugar was 7.0mM/L five weeks ago and it's now 4.9mM/L and I can feel the benefits of more energy, better sleep and no brain fog.
