i love small town holiday trope if that even is one.This book was so cute and i love the relationship developments in it.the ending was kinda boring tho but still loved it

The portrayal of dyslexia was just a bit clunky I felt. The phrase “neurodivergent brain” was used too often. I just felt like, the scene was set and the thoughts and feelings layered on top should have been enough to portray the character’s insecurities but this phrasing, used so often, was a bit clinical and that made it a bit hard to relate to or believe.

An okay story and I finished it but I got close to not doing!
