This is a FANTASTIC workbook for anyone who has dealt with social anxiety who struggles with social anxiety. I found this book to be very complete. It contains lots of fun anecdotes that helped me frame social anxiety in the context of my life.

This audiobook provides great tools to help the individual to work through anxiety and build the foundations for improved self-image and the basis for self-love.

I learned about ACT therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other techniques. As the adult don't push it, just have it available. Sarah Brown did a good job.

Adolescence is a tortuous path. Making friends, first loves, excelling at school, getting a job, and many other responsibilities and obligations fill this time of life with new challenges; stressful events that are not always easy to manage. I recommend that you listen and have your child listen to this book.
