would say this is one of the better self help audio books on the market. it's not complicated or too long and it does work if you put in the time.

I recently bought this title and was looking forward to the help it might bring but ran into an unforeseen problem: the music. I'm sure the suggestions were all very helpful but the music was so badly composed and so amateurly played on an out of tune piano that I couldn't relax and I couldn't even finish the recording. There is no way I could listen to it again!! So, be warned, unless you have NO musical ears at all, avoid this recording.
